1. Young adults Skiing Without Ski Helmets Anticipated to be Outlawed

    Sacremento law makers are considering a proposal from Senator Leland Yee to fine parents of children who ski without helmets. The fine is part of a bill introduced this year.

    A study showing that kids ski helmets can cut the risk of head injury by fifty percent inspired Sen Lee to draft the bill.

    There is opposition from individual lawmaker. Sen Tom Harman, Rep told the Los Angeles Times the bill begs the question of how far government would be wise to go in defending individuals from themselves.
