1. Fashion - Would Sir Like That In Pink?

For some reason it has become part of the make-up of our way of looking at life that the colour pink is associated with gay men. I am not sure why this is, but the reality is that men are mostly averse to wear pink clothes. This is very unfortunate because pink can look especially pleasant on certain men and they therefore squander the occasion to wear clothes that makes them look good.

Pink is a colour that has its own unique style. It can look classic and fashionable, particularly the more subtle pink tones, such as pastels. More vivid shades of pink should be avoided at all costs as such tones tend to appear tacky or rebellious (shocking pink was a fundamental color of punk rock fashion).

    What Does Pink Match?

Pink is an appealing colour in many respects. It looks particularly great on individuals with brown or black hair. Pink also matches agreeably with lots of colours, particularly salmon, some orange shades, the browns and black (but be cautious here). Pink also looks especially nice next to white, for example a pink tie on a white shirt.

    Where should pink be worn?

Whether at a meeting at work, buying the weekly groceries, drinking with buddies in a bar, of lounging about on your day off, pink is completely acceptable as a colour on men these days.

Of course you should not wear pink on occasions where an accepted dress code is likely to be broken, e.g. a funeral. You would be advised to abstain from wearing your pink shirt when it is likely to disadvantage you socially, for example in a job interview or an important.

A man can look great in pink.
